  • Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive humidity.
  • Battery Care: Do not expose the controller to fire or extreme heat. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods. Charge the controller regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
  • Handling: Avoid dropping the controller or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your DYONDER Wireless Controller, refer to the following common solutions:

Controller not connecting/pairing:
Ensure the controller is charged. Try resetting the controller by inserting a small pin into the reset hole on the back of the controller (near the L2 button) for 3-5 seconds. Then, attempt to pair it again with your console or PC.
Input lag or unresponsiveness:
Ensure there are no obstructions between the controller and the console/PC. Move closer to the device. Check for interference from other wireless devices. If on PC, ensure Bluetooth drivers are up to date.
Buttons or joysticks not responding correctly:
Clean around the buttons and joysticks to remove any debris. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
RGB lights not working or stuck:
Try cycling through the light modes by pressing SHARE + OPTIONS simultaneously. If the lights remain unresponsive, try resetting the controller.
Controller not charging:
Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the controller and the power source. Try a different USB port or charging cable. Verify the power source is active.
