Figure 4.1: Installation Quick Guide. This visual guide illustrates the six primary steps for assembling the screen frame, attaching the screen material, and mounting the complete unit to a wall.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Assemble the Inner Frames: Connect the inner frame sections according to the provided diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Assemble the Screen: Carefully unroll the screen material. Lay it flat on a clean, soft surface.
  3. Fix the Screen onto the Frame: Attach the screen material to the assembled inner frame using the tensioning rods and springs. Start from the center and work outwards, ensuring even tension to prevent wrinkles. Note: Some users have reported initial wrinkles in corners; careful tensioning is key.
  4. Assemble the Outer Frames: Once the screen material is taut on the inner frame, attach the outer frame sections to complete the screen assembly.
  5. Install the Wall Bracket: Mark and drill holes for the wall mount brackets on your desired wall location. Ensure the brackets are level and securely fastened to wall studs or appropriate anchors. Caution: Be careful when tightening screws to avoid stripping or snapping them.
  6. Mount on the Wall: With assistance, carefully lift the assembled screen and hook it onto the installed wall mount brackets. Ensure it is securely seated and level.
