  • Firmware Updates: Check the mobile application or manufacturer's website periodically for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Camera Not Powering On: Ensure the camera is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again.
  • Unable to Connect to App/Wi-Fi: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (most mini cameras do not support 5GHz). Ensure the camera is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Restart both the camera and your smartphone. Follow the app's pairing instructions carefully.
  • No Recording/SD Card Error: Ensure a compatible Micro SD card (up to 128GB) is properly inserted. Format the Micro SD card through the camera's app settings if issues persist. Check if the card is full.
  • Poor Video Quality: Ensure the lens is clean. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength if streaming live video. Ensure sufficient lighting for optimal recording, especially if night vision is not active.
  • Short Battery Life: Battery life is approximately 45 minutes of continuous recording. Frequent use of Wi-Fi streaming, motion detection, or night vision can consume more power. Ensure the camera is fully charged before use.
