4. Setup and Installation
Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Ensure no parts are left inside the drum. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.
Location
Place the washing machine on a firm, level floor. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for ventilation and maintenance. The dimensions are 59.9 cm (depth) x 39.7 cm (width) x 90.3 cm (height).

Connecting Water and Drain
Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap. Ensure the connections are tight to prevent leaks. Position the drain hose into a suitable drain pipe or sink, ensuring it is securely fastened to prevent displacement during operation.
Electrical Connection
Plug the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's requirements (230 Volts).

5. Operating Instructions
Loading Laundry
Open the SoftOpening lid and load your laundry into the drum. Do not overload the machine; the maximum capacity is 6 kg. For optimal results, ensure clothes are evenly distributed.

Adding Detergent and Softener
Pull out the LiquiSystem drawer. Add the appropriate amount of detergent to the main wash compartment and fabric softener to its designated compartment. Refer to detergent packaging for dosage recommendations.

Selecting a Program
Turn the program selector knob to choose your desired wash program. The LED display will show the estimated cycle time.
Using ProSense Technology
The ProSense function automatically detects the load size and adjusts the cycle duration, water, and energy consumption accordingly. This ensures optimal care for your clothes and reduces resource usage.

Delayed Start Function
Press the Delayed Start button to set a delay for the wash cycle. This allows you to schedule the wash to finish when you are available to unload it, preventing clothes from sitting wet in the machine.
Starting the Wash
Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected program.
6. Programs and Features
The AEG LTN6K6210B offers 14 standard wash programs to cater to various fabric types and soil levels. Refer to the control panel for specific program names and their corresponding settings.
- Eco 40-60: Energy-efficient program for cottons and mixed fabrics washable at 40°C or 60°C.
- Cottons: For white and colored cotton items.
- Synthetics: For synthetic or mixed fabrics.
- Delicates: For delicate items such as silk, lingerie, or wool that can be machine washed.
- Wool/Silk: Specific program for wool and silk items.
- Quick Program (20 min - 3 kg): For lightly soiled items or small loads requiring a fast wash.
- Rinse: An extra rinse cycle.
- Spin/Drain: For draining water and spinning laundry.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser
Regularly clean the detergent dispenser drawer to prevent residue buildup. Remove the drawer and rinse it under running water. Use a brush to clean any stubborn deposits.
Cleaning the Drum
Run a maintenance wash cycle (e.g., a hot wash with no laundry and a small amount of detergent) periodically to clean the drum and prevent odors.
Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces of the washing machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your washing machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Appliance does not start: Ensure the power cable is plugged in, the door is closed properly, and a program has been selected. Check if the Delayed Start function is active.
- Water not filling: Check if the water tap is open and the water inlet hose is not kinked or blocked.
