1. Product Overview

The GNCC C2 Indoor Security Camera is a compact and versatile device designed for home monitoring. It provides 1080P high-definition video, ensuring clear visuals of your indoor spaces. Equipped with advanced motion and sound detection, the camera sends instant alerts to your smartphone, keeping you informed of any activity. Its infrared night vision allows for clear monitoring even in complete darkness. 3. Setup

3.1 Powering the Camera

1. Connect the USB power cable to the camera's power input port.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the provided power adapter.
3. Insert the power adapter into a standard wall outlet. The camera will power on automatically.

3.2 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection

1. Download the Osaio APP from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your GNCC C2 camera. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
4. During the pairing process, you may be prompted to scan a QR code on the camera or its base.

3.3 Mounting Options

The GNCC C2 camera offers flexible installation without the need for drilling:

• Adhesive Tape Mounting: The camera comes with strong adhesive tape. Peel off the protective film from one side of the tape and attach it to the base of the camera. Then, peel off the other side and firmly press the camera onto any clean, flat surface where you wish to install it.
• Freestanding Placement: The camera can also be placed on any flat surface, such as a shelf, table, or desk, without using the mounting accessories.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Live View and Remote Monitoring

Once connected, open the Osaio APP to access the live video feed from your camera. You can monitor your home remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.

4.2 Motion and Sound Detection

The camera features intelligent motion and sound detection. When activity is detected, the camera will automatically record a video clip and send an instant notification to your Osaio APP. You can customize alert sensitivity and notification settings within the app.

4.3 Infrared Night Vision

The GNCC C2 camera is equipped with 6pcs 850nm infrared lights, providing clear black-and-white video footage up to 26 feet (5 meters) in complete darkness. Night vision activates automatically in low-light conditions.

4.4 Two-Way Audio

Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker to communicate with individuals on the camera's side. This feature is accessible through the Osaio APP, allowing you to speak to family members, pets, or deter intruders.

4.5 Storage Options

The camera supports two storage methods for recorded video:

• Micro SD Card: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's designated slot for continuous local recording.
• Cloud Storage: Subscribe to the optional cloud service via the Osaio APP for secure, off-site storage of your video clips, preventing data loss even if the camera is damaged or stolen.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera lens and body. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Firmware Updates: Regularly check the Osaio APP for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Placement: Ensure the camera is placed in a stable location, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture.

6. Troubleshooting

• Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks. Check that the Wi-Fi signal strength is adequate at the camera's location.
• Poor video quality: Verify your internet connection speed. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
• No motion/sound alerts: Check the sensitivity settings in the Osaio APP. Ensure notifications are enabled for the app on your smartphone.
• Short power cable: If the provided USB cable is too short for your desired mounting location, a longer compatible Micro USB cable can be used.
• SD card not recognized: Ensure the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and formatted (FAT32 recommended). The camera supports up to 128GB.
