4. Operating Instructions (Adjustments)
Your ergonomic office chair offers several adjustment features to customize your seating experience:
- Seat Height Adjustment:
Locate the adjustment lever under the right side of the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated. Release the lever to lock the height. The seat height can be adjusted between 47.5 cm and 56.5 cm. - Rocking Function and Tilt Tension:
The chair features a rocking function for relaxation. To activate the rocking function, pull the adjustment lever outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The tilt tension can be adjusted by rotating the control knob located under the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline). - Adjustable Headrest:
The headrest can be adjusted vertically to provide optimal neck and head support. Gently push or pull the headrest up or down to your desired height. - Flexible Lumbar Support:
The lumbar support is designed to protect your spine. It can be adjusted vertically to align with the natural curve of your lower back. Gently push or pull the lumbar support up or down to your desired position. - Flip-up Armrests:
The armrests can be flipped up by 90 degrees, allowing you to push the chair closer to your desk or save space when not in use. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the mesh and plastic surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. For the padded seat, spot clean with a suitable fabric cleaner.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and safety.
- Casters: Keep the casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth movement.
- Gas Lift: Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the gas lift. If it malfunctions, contact customer support.
6. Troubleshooting
- Chair is unstable/wobbly: Check that all screws are securely tightened, especially those connecting the base, gas lift, and seat. Ensure the casters are fully inserted into the base.
- Chair does not adjust height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the gas lift is faulty, it may need replacement. Contact customer support.
- Chair squeaks: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to moving parts, joints, and connections. Avoid oil-based lubricants on plastic components.
- Casters do not roll smoothly: Check for hair, dust, or debris wrapped around the caster wheels. Clean them thoroughly.
