Setup
1. Placement
Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and other objects. Ensure the mist nozzle is not directed at furniture or electronics.
2. Filling the Water Tank
- Remove the top cover of the humidifier.
- Pour purified or distilled water directly into the water tank until it reaches the MAX fill line. Avoid overfilling.
- Replace the top cover securely.

3. Power Connection
Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet. The humidifier is now ready for operation.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential to prevent mineral buildup and mold. Clean your humidifier before first use and at least once a week.
- Unplug the humidifier.
- Remove the top cover and empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
- Wipe the inside of the water tank and the base with a soft cloth. For mineral buildup, use white vinegar to soak the affected areas for 15-20 minutes, then scrub gently and rinse thoroughly.
- Clean the transducer (the small disc in the base) with the provided cleaning brush.
- Rinse all parts and dry them completely before reassembling.
Water Filter Sponge Replacement
The water filter sponge helps capture impurities. Replace it regularly to maintain humidifying efficiency.

- Humidifier Not Turning On: Verify the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the outlet. Check if the outlet is functional.
- Unusual Noise: Ensure the humidifier is on a flat, stable surface. Check for any foreign objects in the water tank or base.
- App Connectivity Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, your phone is close to the humidifier, and the VeSync app is updated. Try restarting both the humidifier and your phone.
