7.2 Battery Care

  • Always fully charge the battery before storage if it will not be used for an extended period.
  • Avoid completely draining the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
  • Use only the provided charging cable or a compatible Type-C cable.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Mast Flip2, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Machine Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly attached. If using the RCA cord, verify the power supply connection.
  • Battery Drains Quickly: Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Operating at higher voltages can consume battery faster. Consider having a spare battery or using the RCA cord for extended sessions.
  • Charging Issues: Check the Type-C cable and power adapter for damage. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
  • Inconsistent Performance/Hitting: Verify the stroke length setting is appropriate for your task. Ensure needle cartridges are correctly seated. If using a wired setup, check the RCA connection and power supply stability.
  • Machine Feels Loose: Ensure all components, especially the battery pack or RCA adapter, are securely twisted into place.

If problems persist, contact customer support.
