Setup

Charging the Timer

The IDT-02 timer has a built-in 650mAh rechargeable battery.

1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the timer.
2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the timer and a 5V USB power source (e.g., laptop, power bank, standard USB charger). Do not use a fast charger.
3. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.6 hours and provides up to 5.5 days of use (based on 8 hours/day).
4. A low battery reminder will appear on the screen when the battery is low.

Power On/Off and Brightness

Press the power button on the side to cycle through brightness levels (2 levels) or turn the display off. ECO mode dims the screen to save power.

Operating Instructions

Setting Time (Count-Down Mode)

1. Ensure the timer is in count-down mode (indicated by a down arrow on the display). If not, press the HR and MIN buttons simultaneously to switch modes.
2. Rotate the multi-functional knob clockwise to increase minutes/seconds, or counter-clockwise to decrease. The display will show the set time.
3. Press the knob once to confirm the setting.
4. Press the knob again to start the countdown.

Count-Up Mode

1. To switch to count-up mode, press the HR and MIN buttons simultaneously until an up arrow appears on the display.
2. Press the knob to start counting up from 00:00.

4. Long press the knob for 3 seconds to reset the timer to 00:00.

Memory Function
