The IDT-02 timer has a built-in 650mAh rechargeable battery.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the timer.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the timer and a 5V USB power source (e.g., laptop, power bank, standard USB charger). Do not use a fast charger.
- The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.6 hours and provides up to 5.5 days of use (based on 8 hours/day).

Power On/Off and Brightness

Operating Instructions
Setting Time (Count-Down Mode)
- Ensure the timer is in count-down mode (indicated by a down arrow on the display). If not, press the HR and MIN buttons simultaneously to switch modes.
- Rotate the multi-functional knob clockwise to increase minutes/seconds, or counter-clockwise to decrease. The display will show the set time.
- Press the knob once to confirm the setting.
- Press the knob again to start the countdown.

Count-Up Mode
- To switch to count-up mode, press the HR and MIN buttons simultaneously until an up arrow appears on the display.
- Press the knob to start counting up from 00:00.
