  • This product is designed for 5V 3-pin ARGB headers only. Do NOT connect to 12V RGB headers, as this will damage the product and potentially your motherboard.

Setup and Installation

  1. Prepare your PC Case: Ensure your computer is powered off and unplugged from the wall outlet. Open your PC case to access the interior.
  2. Identify ARGB Header: Locate a 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. These are typically labeled as 'ADD_HEADER', 'J-RAINBOW', or similar, and have 3 pins with a gap for the fourth pin (often marked as 5V, D, G). Do NOT connect to 12V 4-pin RGB headers.

  3. Magnetic Installation: The YSRSAI ARGB LED strips feature double-sided magnetic suction. Simply place the strip onto any metallic surface inside your PC case. The magnets will securely hold it in place without the need for adhesives.

  4. Connect the Strip: Connect the 3-pin ARGB connector from the LED strip to the identified 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard. Ensure the connection is firm and correctly oriented.

The YSRSAI ARGB LED Strip Lights are controlled via your motherboard's ARGB synchronization software. This allows for a wide range of lighting effects and color customization.

  1. Install Motherboard Software: If you haven't already, install the appropriate ARGB control software for your motherboard (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, ASRock Polychrome RGB, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion).
  2. Launch Software: Open the installed ARGB control software on your computer.
  3. Customize Lighting: Within the software, you can select various lighting modes, colors, brightness levels, and effects. The 38 addressable LEDs per strip allow for complex and dynamic lighting patterns.

  • LED Strips Not Lighting Up:
    • Ensure the PC is powered on.
    • Verify that the 3-pin ARGB connector is securely plugged into the 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard.
    • Confirm that you are using a 5V 3-pin ARGB header, not a 12V 4-pin RGB header. Connecting to a 12V header will prevent the strips from working and may cause damage.
    • Check your motherboard's ARGB software to ensure the lighting is enabled and not set to an 'off' or 'black' color profile.
  • Incorrect Colors or Effects:
    • Ensure your motherboard's ARGB software is up to date.
    • Verify that the correct ARGB device is selected within the software for customization.
    • Try restarting your computer and the ARGB software.
  • Strip Becomes Loose:
    • The magnetic attachment should be strong on metallic surfaces. If the strip becomes loose, ensure the surface is clean and free of dust or debris.

  • Physical Damage (e.g., cable detachment):
