4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Package Contents
Before beginning installation, please ensure all components are present in the package:

4.2 Battery Installation
The remote control requires a 3V CR2450 battery. Follow these steps to install or replace the battery:
- Locate the small notch at the bottom of the remote's back cover.
- Gently open the back cover using tweezers or a small flat-head tool at the notch.
- Slide the entire back cover downwards and off the remote.
- Insert the new CR2450 battery into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Slide the back cover back into place until it clicks securely.

4.3 Pairing with Motorized Shades (Match Up)
To control your motorized shades, the remote must be paired with the shade motor. The process involves two main steps: matching and setting up.
- Match Up:
- Press and hold the Program button on the motor head for 2 seconds. The motor will jog and emit a long noise.
- On the remote, press the P2 button twice. The interval between presses should be less than 0.5 seconds. The motor will buzz twice.
- Press the UP button on the remote. The motor will jog and emit a noise 6 times, indicating successful pairing.
- Set Up (Setting Upper and Lower Limits):
- Switch on the motor. You will hear a long sound.
- Continue to press the Set button two times.
- Press the UP button one time. You will hear a sound tip three times. This sets the upper limit. The motor will control clockwise.
- Press the DOWN button one time. You will hear a sound tip three times. This sets the lower limit. The motor will control counter-clockwise.
- Note: When setting up or down, please press the corresponding button for 3 seconds.

5. Operating Instructions
The DC2702 remote control features intuitive buttons for easy operation of your motorized shades.
- Up Button (▲): Press to raise the shade.
- Down Button (▼): Press to lower the shade.
- Stop Button (–): Press to stop the shade at its current position.
- Channel +/- Buttons (< / >): Use these buttons to switch between the 15 available channels. The current channel number is displayed on the LCD screen.
- Group Control: To control all shades simultaneously, select the designated "All" channel (usually channel 15 or a specific group channel if configured) and press the Up/Down/Stop buttons.
