5. Installation Instructions
The WEELMOTO headlight assembly features a plug-and-play design for straightforward installation. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive electrical systems.
General Steps:
- Prepare the Vehicle: Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Turn off the engine and remove the key. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
- Access Headlight Area: Remove the grille. This typically involves unscrewing clips, screws, or retainer springs that hold the headlight in place. Remove fasteners located at the top and bottom of the headlight.
- Remove Old Headlight: Disconnect the wiring from the stock headlight and detach the stock headlight assembly from the vehicle.
- Install New Headlight: Fit the new WEELMOTO headlight assembly into place. Ensure it is seated correctly. Make sure to seal the screws, clips, or retainer springs.
- Connect Wiring: Reconnect the wiring that was unplugged from the assembly.
- Secure Assembly: Reinstall any removed fasteners to secure the new headlight.
- Reinstall Grille: Put back the grille and secure it.
- Reconnect Battery: Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

Adjusting Headlight Beams:
The headlights are pre-adjusted from the factory. However, minor adjustments may be necessary after installation to achieve the optimal light pattern for your vehicle.
- Preparation: Park your car on a level surface approximately 25 feet (7.6 meters) from a flat wall. Mark the center points of each low beam on the wall.
- Adjustment Screws: Locate the adjustment screws on the back of the headlight assembly. There are typically two screws per headlight: one for vertical adjustment and one for horizontal adjustment.
- Adjust: Turn the adjustment screws slowly in either direction to raise or lower, or move the beam left or right, until the light pattern meets local regulations and provides optimal visibility.
Important: Do NOT over-adjust (more than three times either clockwise/counter-clockwise) to avoid damage to the adjustment mechanism.

8. Troubleshooting
Temporary Condensation:
It is normal for minor fogging or condensation to occur inside the headlight lens due to temperature differences, air pressure, and other weather conditions. This is typically temporary and should dissipate.
How to Address Temporary Condensation:
- Check Vents: Ensure the one-way vents in the housing are clear and not blocked.
- Run Headlights: Turn on the low beam for 20-30 minutes. The heat generated will help evaporate the moisture.
- Inspect Bulbs: Take the bulbs out and clear the moisture.
- Desiccant Pack: If persistent, place a silica gel desiccant pack inside the housing to absorb moisture.
If condensation persists or appears excessive, please contact customer support.
