Operating Instructions
Using the Hand Brake
The Axglo Flip n' Go Pro is equipped with a convenient hand brake located on the handle. To engage the brake, squeeze the lever. To release, simply release the lever. Always engage the brake when the cart is stationary to prevent unintended movement.
Swivel Front Wheels
The cart features 360-degree swivel front wheels for enhanced maneuverability. This allows for easy steering and navigation around the golf course. You can lock the swivel function of the front wheels using the lock button located near the front wheel assembly, providing stability on uneven terrain or when pushing in a straight line.

- Wheel Inspection: Regularly check wheels for wear and tear. Ensure they rotate freely and are securely attached.
- Brake Check: Periodically test the hand brake to ensure it engages and disengages properly.
- Storage: For long-term storage, clean the cart thoroughly, remove the rear wheels for compactness, and store in a dry, cool place.
- Lubrication: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to moving joints and wheel axles annually or as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Cart does not unfold/fold smoothly. | Mechanism obstructed or stiff. | Check for debris. Apply lubricant to pivot points. Ensure proper technique (pull handle, step on front wheel). |
| Wheels are wobbly or loose. | Wheels not fully engaged or axle nut loose. | Ensure wheels are clicked into place. Check and tighten axle nuts if applicable. |
| Hand brake is not engaging/releasing. | Cable tension incorrect or mechanism jammed. | Inspect brake cable for damage or kinks. Adjust cable tension if necessary (refer to detailed brake adjustment guide if available). |
