Setup

1. Initial Charging

  1. Before first use, fully charge the speaker.

1. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode. If not, press the M (Mode) button until you hear the Bluetooth prompt.
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "SOAR ShockBox XL" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will indicate a successful connection, and you can begin playing audio from your device.
  5. Note on Volume Control: The speaker's volume is primarily controlled through your connected Bluetooth device. Use the volume controls on your phone or tablet for precise adjustment. The speaker's volume buttons offer a secondary adjustment.

2. Using AM/FM Radio

  1. Press the M (Mode) button repeatedly until you enter FM Radio mode.
  2. To auto-scan and save available stations, long press the Play/Pause button. The speaker will scan and store stations automatically.
  3. Use the Previous Track and Next Track buttons to navigate between saved stations.
  4. For better reception, ensure the speaker is in an open area.

3. Using USB Input

  1. Insert a USB flash drive containing audio files into the USB port on the speaker.
  2. The speaker should automatically switch to USB mode and begin playing audio. If not, press the M (Mode) button to select USB mode.
  3. Use the Previous Track, Play/Pause, and Next Track buttons to control playback.

4. Using Aux Input

  1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX input port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
  3. Press the M (Mode) button to select Aux mode.
  4. Control audio playback and volume directly from your connected external device.

5. Controlling LED Lights

The speaker features dynamic multicolor LED lights that pulse with the music. The lights typically activate automatically when the speaker is powered on and playing audio. There may be a dedicated button or a long press function on one of the existing buttons to cycle through light modes or turn them off/on. Refer to specific product labeling if available.

6. Syncing Two Speakers (TWS Function)

If you have two SOAR XL ShockBox speakers, you can pair them together for True Wireless Stereo (TWS) sound.

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not yet paired to any device.
  2. On one of the speakers (this will be your primary speaker), long press the M (Mode) button or a dedicated TWS button (if present) until you hear an indication that it's searching for another speaker.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation sound.
  4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section. Audio will play in stereo through both speakers.
