Safety Instructions

To ensure safe operation, always adhere to the following precautions:

  • Do not immerse the dehumidifier, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the rating label.
  • Always unplug the unit before cleaning, moving, or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not block the air inlet or outlet. Maintain at least 10 cm (4 inches) clearance around the unit.
  • Place the dehumidifier on a stable, level surface to prevent water spillage.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not operate the unit if the power cord or plug is damaged. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • This appliance is for indoor use only.
  • Do not use in areas with flammable or explosive gases.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the dehumidifier and all packaging materials from the box.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired location. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space around all sides for proper airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture.
  3. Power Connection: Insert the power adapter into the power port on the back of the dehumidifier, then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
  4. Initial Check: Ensure the water tank is correctly seated in the unit.

Operating Instructions

Operating your OMISOON dehumidifier is simple:

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the control panel once to turn the unit on. The dehumidifier will start operating, and the LED light will illuminate. Press the button again to turn the unit off.
  2. LED Light Control: When the unit is on, the LED light will cycle through 7 different colors. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to fix the LED light to a single color. Press and hold again to turn off the LED light. Press and hold a third time to resume the 7-color cycle.
  3. Automatic Shut-off: The dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic shut-off function. When the 1200ml water tank is full, the unit will automatically stop operating, and a red indicator light will flash to alert you. This prevents overflow.

Maintenance

Emptying the Water Tank

When the water tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and a red indicator light will flash. Follow these steps to empty the tank:

  1. Turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it from the power outlet.
  2. Carefully pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
  3. Pour out the collected water.
  4. Rinse the water tank with clean water and wipe it dry. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
  5. Slide the empty water tank back into the dehumidifier until it clicks into place.
  6. Plug in the unit and turn it on to resume operation.

Cleaning the Dehumidifier

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance:

  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Air Inlet/Outlet: Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to gently remove any dust or debris from the air inlet and outlet grilles.
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, empty and clean the water tank, clean the exterior, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions:

  • Check for any foreign objects near the fan or air vents.
