4. Setup

Charging the Earbuds and Case

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the indicator lights on the earbuds will illuminate.
  2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
  3. The charging case and earbuds will fully charge in approximately 1.5 hours. The indicator light on the case will show charging status and turn solid when fully charged.

Pairing with Your Device

  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, and their indicator lights will flash.
  2. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Search for available devices and select "TONEMAC M3" from the list.
  4. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will turn off or show a steady light, indicating successful pairing.
  5. If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the case, close it, and then reopen to re-enter pairing mode.

Touch Controls

The TONEMAC M3 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Please note that touch sensitivity can vary, and precise tapping is recommended.

  • Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
  • Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
  • Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
  • Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
  • Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
  • Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 2 seconds on either earbud.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode

Switch between ANC, Transparency Mode, and Normal Mode by pressing and holding the touchpad for 1 second on either earbud. A voice prompt will confirm the mode change.

  • ANC Mode: Reduces ambient noise for immersive listening.
  • Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying audio.
  • Normal Mode: Standard audio playback without noise control.

Making Calls

  • Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
