Setup

1. Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge both 21V Lithium-ion batteries. The digital power display on the battery indicates the charge level. Charging typically takes approximately 90 minutes per battery.

2. Chain Installation and Adjustment

The ONEVAN chainsaw features a tool-free chain tensioning and bar tightening system. Follow these steps to install or adjust the chain:

1. Remove the sprocket cover.
2. Assemble the saw chain along the guide bar, ensuring the chain direction is correct.
3. Place the chain around the sprocket and ensure the guide bar lines up with the pin.
4. Adjust the tension of the chain using the knob. The chain should be snug but still able to move freely.
5. Twist the knob to fix the bar securely.
6. Insert a charged battery pack into the slot at the bottom of the chainsaw handle.

3. Automatic Oiling System

The chainsaw is equipped with an automatic oiling system for continuous chain lubrication. Simply pour ordinary engine oil into the oil tank. The system will automatically lubricate the chain as needed during operation.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting and Stopping

To start the chainsaw, press and hold the safety lock button located on the handle, then press the trigger. The chain will begin to move. To stop, simply release the trigger. The safety lock prevents accidental starting.

Maintenance

1. Chain Lubrication

2. Chain Tension
