5.3 Mopping Function

Attach the mopping pad and fill the 230mL water tank. The robot offers two water flow levels for effective mopping. The fully fitted mop ensures excellent water absorption and controlled water speed to prevent blind water seepage, providing a deeper clean.

5.4 Automatic Charging

When the battery power is low before the cleaning cycle is complete, the robot will automatically return to its charging station to recharge. Ensure the charging station is always powered on and accessible.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for the optimal performance and lifespan of your robot vacuum.

6.1 Dustbin Emptying

Empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle or when it is full. Press the 'PULL' button to release the dustbin, open it, and discard collected debris. Clean the dustbin with a dry cloth.

6.2 Filter Cleaning and Replacement

The robot uses Cartridge, Cloth, and Foam filters. Regularly clean the filters by tapping them to remove dust or using a cleaning brush. Replace filters every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on usage, to maintain suction power.

6.3 Brush Cleaning

Remove and clean the main brush and side brushes regularly. Use the included cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris tangled around the brushes. Ensure brushes are free of obstructions for effective cleaning.

6.4 Water Tank Maintenance

After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank and allow it to air dry. Clean the mopping pad and replace it when worn out.

7. Troubleshooting

If your robot vacuum encounters an issue, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Robot not charging: Ensure the charging station is plugged in and powered on. Check that the robot is correctly docked with charging contacts aligned.
  • Robot gets stuck frequently: Clear obstacles, loose cables, and thick rugs from the cleaning path. The slim design helps, but extreme clutter can still cause issues.
  • Poor suction performance: Empty the dustbin and clean or replace the filters. Check the main brush and side brushes for tangled hair or debris.
  • Mopping is ineffective: Ensure the water tank is filled and the mopping pad is correctly attached. Check for blockages in the water flow nozzles.
  • App connectivity issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Restart your router and the robot vacuum. Re-pair the device with the app if necessary.
