1. Introduction

This 1:20 scale RC excavator is designed to provide an engaging and realistic construction experience with its 11-channel control, metal shovel, realistic sounds, and lights. This manual will guide you through the proper setup, operation, and care of your new remote control toy.

2. Safety Information

• This product is suitable for children aged 8 years and older. Adult supervision is recommended.
• Keep small parts away from young children to prevent choking hazards.

4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation (Excavator)

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the excavator.
2. Use the provided screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
3. Connect one of the rechargeable lithium-ion batteries to the excavator's power connector.
4. Carefully place the battery inside the compartment and close the cover, securing it with the screw.

4.2. Battery Installation (Remote Control)

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Use the provided screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the cover and secure it with the screw.

4.3. Pairing the Remote Control

1. Ensure both the excavator and the remote control have fresh or fully charged batteries installed.
2. Turn on the excavator using the power switch.
3. Turn on the remote control. The indicator light on the remote will flash.
4. Push the left joystick on the remote control fully forward, then fully backward. The indicator light on the remote will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
5. If pairing fails, turn off both devices and repeat the steps.

5.2. Driving the Excavator

Use the left joystick to control the excavator's movement:

• Push forward to move the excavator forward.
• Pull backward to move the excavator backward.
• Move left or right to rotate the entire excavator body.

5.3. Excavator Arm and Bucket Operation

The right joystick controls the excavator's arm and bucket:

• Push the right joystick up or down to raise or lower the main arm.
• Move the right joystick left or right to control the secondary arm and open/close the metal bucket for digging and unloading.

5.4. Sound and Light Functions

Press the dedicated buttons on the remote control to activate or deactivate the realistic engine sounds and flashing lights for an enhanced play experience.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

Wipe the excavator and remote control with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use water or chemical cleaners, as this may damage the electronic components.

6.2. Battery Care

• Always remove batteries from the excavator and remote control when not in use for extended periods.
• Charge the rechargeable lithium-ion batteries using only the provided USB charging cable. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.
• Do not overcharge the batteries.
