Note: Cables for connecting external monitors (HDMI, DisplayPort), USB devices, and a power adapter for Power Delivery are sold separately and are not included with the docking station.

System Requirements:

• Laptop with an available USB-C port supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode) and Power Delivery.
• Operating Systems: Windows (Windows 10/11 recommended), macOS (macOS 10.14 or later recommended), Linux.

Installation Steps:

1. Connect to Laptop: Plug the integrated USB-C cable of the UGREEN Revodok Pro 313 into an available USB-C port on your laptop. Ensure the USB-C port on your laptop supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode) and Power Delivery for full functionality.
2. Connect Power (Optional but Recommended): For optimal performance and to charge your laptop, connect a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charger (up to 100W) to the "PD 100W" USB-C port on the docking station. The docking station reserves 15W for its own operation, providing up to 85W to your laptop.
3. Connect External Displays:
   • For single or dual displays, connect your monitors using HDMI cables to the HDMI ports or a DisplayPort cable to the DP port.
   • For triple display setup, connect all three monitors to the available HDMI and DisplayPort outputs. Refer to the "Operating" section for specific display configurations based on your operating system.
4. Connect Peripherals: Plug your USB devices (keyboard, mouse, external hard drives, etc.) into the available USB-A and USB-C data ports. Insert SD or Micro SD cards into the respective slots if needed. Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port for wired network access.
5. Connect Audio: If desired, connect headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm audio/mic jack.

Operating Instructions

Display Modes:

The UGREEN Revodok Pro 313 supports various display modes depending on your operating system:

• Windows OS: Supports Mirror Mode (duplicate displays) and Extend Mode (independent displays) across single, dual, or triple monitor setups.
• macOS: Supports Mirror Mode (duplicate displays) across all external monitors. Due to macOS limitations, all extended monitors will display the same content. Non-mirror mode is not supported for multiple external displays.

Configuring Displays:

After connecting your monitors, you may need to configure display settings in your operating system:

• Windows: Right-click on your desktop, select "Display settings." Here you can arrange your displays, change resolution, and select display modes (Duplicate, Extend, Show only on 1/2/3).
• macOS: Go to System Settings > Displays. You can arrange displays and set resolutions. Remember, external displays will mirror each other.

Data Transfer:

The docking station's 10Gbps USB-C and USB-A ports allow for rapid data transfer. Simply connect your storage devices to these ports and manage files as you normally would.

Charging:

Connect your laptop's USB-C power adapter to the PD 100W port on the docking station. This will provide pass-through charging to your laptop while simultaneously powering the docking station and connected peripherals.

Maintenance

• No Power Delivery/Charging:
  • Ensure your USB-C power adapter is connected to the PD 100W port on the docking station.
  • Verify that your power adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient wattage (up to 100W).
  • Check if your laptop's USB-C port supports Power Delivery.
• USB Devices Not Recognized:
  • Ensure the USB devices are properly connected to the docking station's USB ports.
  • Try connecting the USB device directly to your laptop to confirm it's working.
  • Restart your laptop and the docking station.
• Ethernet Connection Issues:
  • Check the Ethernet cable connection to both the docking station and your router/modem.
  • Verify network settings on your computer.
  • Ensure your router/modem is functioning correctly.
• Docking Station Overheating:
  • It is normal for the docking station to become warm during extended use, especially when multiple ports are active or when providing power delivery.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the device. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or on soft surfaces that may block airflow.
  • If the device becomes excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool down before resuming use.
