Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your Xtorm XR201 Power Bank. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.
- Locate the USB-C input port on the power bank. This port is typically protected by a rubber flap to maintain its IP65 water resistance.
- Connect a USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C input port.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a powered USB port. For fastest charging, use a Power Delivery (PD) compatible charger.
- The LED indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours with a suitable charger.
Important: Ensure the rubber flap covering the ports is securely closed when not in use to maintain the IP65 water resistance rating.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the power bank. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every 3-6 months to preserve battery health.
- Water Resistance (IP65): The power bank is IP65 water resistant, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is not designed for submersion. Ensure all port covers are securely closed when exposed to water or dust.
- Impact Protection: While rugged, avoid dropping the power bank from significant heights or subjecting it to severe impacts, as this may damage internal components.
