Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and optimal performance of your range. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified professional.
Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the range.
- Inspect the appliance for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer.
- Ensure all accessories are present: 6 telescopic oven racks, reversible griddle, rotisserie kit (skewer & forks), concave wok ring, air fryer rack, basket, drip pan, LP conversion kit, power cord.
Location and Leveling
Position the range in its intended location. The adjustable stainless steel legs allow for height adjustment from 35.5 inches to 36.5 inches to match counter height. Use a level to ensure the range is perfectly level for even cooking and stability.
Gas and Electrical Connections
- This is a dual fuel appliance, requiring both a gas supply (Natural Gas or LP) and an electrical connection (240 Volts, 60Hz, 30 Amp circuit breaker).
- For LP gas conversion, use the included LP conversion kit. This procedure must be performed by a qualified gas technician.
- Connect the range to a properly grounded 4-prong receptacle.
Anti-Tip Bracket Installation
Install the security non-tip bracket according to the provided instructions. This is a critical safety feature to prevent the range from tipping over.
