3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your TFCFL 982 Dispensing Controller:

1. Attach Dispenser Stand: Secure the metal dispenser stand to the main unit if not already attached.
2. Connect Air Tube: Connect one end of the clear air tube to the "AIR IN" port on the rear of the main unit and the other end to your external air compressor (not included). Ensure the input high pressure does not exceed 7 bar (100psi).
3. Connect Connection Tube: Connect the connection tube from the main unit's output to the liquid barrel cap.
4. Prepare Liquid Barrel: Fill the 30CC liquid barrel with the desired adhesive or liquid. The proper liquid volume should remain 3/4 of the total volume of the barrel. Attach a dispensing needle to the barrel.
5. Mount Liquid Barrel: Place the filled liquid barrel into the dispenser stand.

4.1 Power On

Flip the red "ON" switch to the ON position to power on the unit.

4.2 Air Pressure Adjustment

Use the "AIR PRESSURE" knob to adjust the output air pressure. Monitor the pressure gauge to set the desired pressure. The maximum working pressure should not exceed 5.5 bar (78psi). For working pressures above 4 bar, use aluminum connectors (if applicable).

4.3 Vacuum Control

The "VACUUM" knob controls the vacuum back suction. This feature helps prevent dripping after dispensing. Adjust it to the proper position to avoid flushing the piston, especially in automatic mode.

• Manual Mode (MAN): Flip the green switch to "MAN". In this mode, each press of the foot switch or manual switch will dispense liquid for as long as the switch is held down.
• Semi-automatic Mode (AUTO): Flip the green switch to "AUTO". In this mode, the dispensing duration is controlled by the "TIME" dial. Each press of the foot switch or manual switch will dispense liquid for the set time interval.

Rotate the "TIME" dial to set the desired dispensing duration. The automatic timing can be set from 0.01 to 30 seconds, with a spitting interval of 0.1-9.9 seconds. The minimum drip volume is 0.01ml, with a repeat accuracy of approximately ±0.5%.

• Ensure the material is fully stirred evenly before work to maintain consistent drip size.
• For automatic state, an air pressure adjustment of 1-2.7 bar (15-40psi) is generally appropriate.
• Adjust the vacuum back suction carefully; excessive suction can disrupt normal operation.
