- Preheat Your Garment:
Place your cotton garment on the heat press. Preheat it for 5-10 seconds at 302°F - 311°F (150°C - 155°C) to remove moisture and wrinkles. - Position the Sublimation HTV:
Place the weeded HTV design onto your preheated garment with the glossy side (carrier sheet) facing up. - First Press (HTV Application):
Cover the HTV with a Teflon sheet. Press for 10-15 seconds at 374°F - 392°F (190°C - 200°C) with heavy pressure. - Cold Peel the Clear Film:
Allow the HTV to cool completely before carefully peeling off the clear carrier film. - Prepare Sublimation Print:
Print your design onto sublimation paper using sublimation ink. Ensure the design is mirrored if necessary. - Position Sublimation Paper:
Place the sublimation paper face down onto the applied HTV design. Secure with heat-resistant tape if desired. - Second Press (Sublimation Transfer):
Cover with a Teflon sheet. Apply heavy pressure for 40-60 seconds at 374°F - 392°F (190°C - 200°C). - Warm Peel Sublimation Paper:

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your sublimated designs using HTVRONT Sublimation HTV, follow these care instructions:
- Washing: Wait at least 24 hours after application before the first wash. Wash garments inside out in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results. Avoid high heat, which can damage the vinyl.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron the garment inside out or place a Teflon sheet over the design to protect it. Do not iron directly on the design.
- Bleach/Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning agents, as these can cause fading or damage to the design.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during the application process, consider the following:
- Design Not Sticking: Ensure adequate heat and pressure are applied during both pressing stages. Verify the correct temperature and time settings for your heat press.
- Faded Colors: Confirm that you are using sublimation ink and paper. Ensure the heat press temperature is within the recommended range for sublimation transfer.
- Bubbles or Wrinkles: Make sure the garment is completely flat and free of wrinkles before applying the HTV. Use firm, even pressure during pressing.
- Difficulty Weeding: Adjust your cutting machine's blade depth and pressure settings. A dull blade can also cause issues.
