Step 2: Install Sliding Hardware (Not Included)
Refer to the instructions provided with your separate sliding door hardware kit for installing the track and rollers onto the door panel and wall. Ensure the track is level and securely mounted.

Step 3: Attach Rollers and Floor Guide
Attach the rollers to the top of the door panel as per your hardware kit instructions. Install the floor guide to prevent the door from swinging out.

Step 4: Hang the Door
Carefully lift the door panel and hook the rollers onto the installed track. Ensure the door slides smoothly and is properly seated in the floor guide.

Operating Instructions
Your vidaXL Sliding Door is designed for smooth and quiet operation. To open or close the door, gently push or pull the door panel along the track.
Soft Stop Mechanism
The integrated soft stop mechanism will engage as the door approaches its fully open or closed position, slowing it down to prevent slamming and ensure quiet functioning. Allow the mechanism to operate naturally; do not force the door past the soft stop point.
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Glass: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the glass or damage the frame finish.
- Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the aluminum frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth.
- Track and Rollers: Periodically inspect the sliding track and rollers for any debris or obstructions. Clean the track with a brush or vacuum cleaner. If the door does not slide smoothly, check for obstructions or wear on the rollers. Do not apply oil or grease to the track unless specifically recommended by the hardware kit manufacturer.
- Soft Stop Mechanism: Ensure the soft stop mechanism is free from obstructions and functioning correctly. If it appears to be malfunctioning, consult the hardware kit manual or contact customer support.
- General Inspection: Regularly check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Tighten any loose connections as needed.
