Setup Instructions
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided Type-C USB cable and a DC5V-1A charger. Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product and void the warranty.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.
2. Pairing with a Device
The Bassbuds Neo feature 1-step pairing for quick connection.
- Ensure the charging case has sufficient power and the earbuds are inside.
- Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "pTron Bassbuds Neo" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Mono/Stereo Bud Capability
You can use both earbuds together for a stereo audio experience or use a single earbud (left or right) independently for mono audio. To use a single earbud, simply take one out of the case and leave the other in, or put one back into the case while the other is in use.

Cleaning
- Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
- Gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to ensure proper charging.
Storage
- When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your pTron Bassbuds Neo, refer to the following common solutions:
- Earbuds not pairing with device:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earbuds are charged and out of the case. Try forgetting the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. - Only one earbud working:
Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and take them out again. This often resets the connection between the two earbuds. Ensure both earbuds are charged. - Earbuds not charging:
Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free from debris. Use a DC5V-1A charger as recommended. - Low volume or poor sound quality:
Adjust the volume on your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and try different sized eartips for a better seal. Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles. - Intermittent connection:
Ensure your device is within the 10-meter Bluetooth range. Avoid obstacles between your device and the earbuds. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds.
