1. Battery Charging

2. Chain and Guide Plate Installation (if not pre-installed)

Follow these steps to install or replace the chain and guide plate:

1. Remove Sprocket Cover: Use the included wrench to loosen and remove the nut securing the sprocket cover. Remove the cover.
2. Place Chain: Carefully place the chain around the sprocket and ensure it aligns with the guide bar pin. Pay attention to the chain direction; the cutting edges should face forward in the direction of rotation.
3. Install Guide Plate: Position the guide plate over the chain and align it with the corresponding hole on the chainsaw body.
4. Tighten Sprocket Cover: Reinstall the sprocket cover and hand-tighten the nut.
5. Adjust Chain Tightness: Use the screwdriver to turn the screw on the side of the guide plate to adjust chain tension. The chain should be snug but still able to be pulled freely around the guide bar by hand. Do not overtighten.
