Setup

1. Unpack all components and ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
2. Place the motor base on a stable, dry, and flat surface.
3. Insert the stainless steel grinding bowl into the motor base. Rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
4. Ensure the grinding bowl is clean and dry before adding ingredients.

Operating Instructions

Grinding Coffee Beans

1. Add whole coffee beans to the stainless steel grinding bowl. Do not fill past the MAX line indicated inside the bowl (approximately 2.5 oz).
2. Place the lid securely onto the grinding bowl. Ensure it is properly aligned and locked.
3. Plug the grinder into a power outlet.
4. Press down on the lid to start the grinding process. The grinder will operate as long as the lid is pressed.
5. Monitor the grind consistency through the transparent lid. For a coarse grind, press for a shorter duration (e.g., 5-10 seconds). For a fine grind, press for a longer duration (e.g., 20-30 seconds).
6. Release the lid to stop grinding.
7. Unplug the grinder. Remove the lid, then carefully remove the stainless steel grinding bowl by twisting it counter-clockwise.
8. Pour the freshly ground coffee into your coffee maker or storage container.

Maintenance

Cleaning

3. The removable stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. Alternatively, wash it with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.
4. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
5. Use a small brush (not included) to remove any residual grounds from around the blades and inside the motor base.
6. The lid can be washed with warm, soapy water and rinsed.
