Maintenance

Cleaning and Care

To ensure the longevity and performance of your Raycon RBE745 earbuds, follow these care instructions:

  • Earbuds: Gently wipe the earbuds with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each use. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water.
  • Ear Tips: Remove the gel ear tips and wash them with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
  • Charging Case: Wipe the charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Keep the charging contacts clean and free of debris.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.

Water Resistance (IPX7)

The Raycon RBE745 earbuds are IPX7 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in rainy conditions.

  • Do NOT immerse the charging case in water. The IPX7 rating applies only to the earbuds.
  • After exposure to water or sweat, ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage to the charging contacts.
  • Avoid using the earbuds in extreme temperatures or high humidity for prolonged periods.
