Setup

1. Charging Your Earbuds

Before first use, fully charge your Raycon Fitness Earbuds and their charging capsule.

• Place both earbuds into the charging capsule. Ensure they are properly seated.
• Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging capsule and a compatible USB power source.
• The indicator lights on the earbuds and/or capsule will show charging status.
• A full charge provides up to 56 hours of total battery life with the charging capsule.

2. Pairing with Your Device

Your Raycon Fitness Earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and efficient connection.

1. Open the charging capsule lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator lights will flash).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
3. Select "Raycon Fitness Earbuds" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the indicator lights on the earbuds will stop flashing.
5. The earbuds support multipoint pairing, allowing connection to up to two devices simultaneously.

3. Achieving a Tailored Fit

For optimal sound quality and secure fit, especially during physical activity, select the correct gel tips and ear stabilizers.

• Experiment with the four additional gel tip sizes to find the most comfortable and secure seal for your ear canal.
• Attach the appropriate ear stabilizers to ensure the earbuds remain in place during intense workouts.

Operating Your Earbuds

Touch Controls

The Raycon Fitness Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on the "R" touchpad of each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold on either earbud (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

Sound Modes (ANC & Awareness)

Switch between Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Awareness Mode to suit your environment.

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Reduces ambient noise, allowing you to focus on your audio.
• Awareness Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio, enhancing safety during outdoor activities.
• Switching Modes: Press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud to cycle through ANC, Awareness Mode, and Normal Mode.
• Clear Voice Mode: The built-in microphone features Clear Voice technology for clear communication during calls.

Independent Earbud Use

Both earbuds can be used independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will connect to your device.

Maintenance

Water Resistance (IPX7)

The Raycon Fitness Earbuds are IPX7 water resistant, meaning they can withstand sweat and splashes.

• Do not submerge the earbuds in water.
• After exposure to sweat or water, wipe the earbuds dry before placing them back in the charging capsule to prevent damage.

• Gently wipe the earbuds and charging capsule with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Raycon Fitness Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging capsule, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging capsule, close the lid for a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the gel tips provide a proper seal in your ear. Clean the earbuds and charging contacts. Check your device's audio settings.
• Charging issues: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the capsule and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the capsule are clean.
• Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and closing the lid for 10 seconds.
