5. Troubleshooting

  • Default IP: If using a web browser, ensure you are entering the correct default IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1 or dlinkrouter.local) and that your device is connected to the router.
  • Reset: As a last resort, perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds. Note: This will erase all your custom settings, and you will need to set up the router again.
