Setup and Initial Configuration
Button Functions:

- EL Button: Activates the backlight for illumination.
Setting Time and Date:

- Press the ST/STP button to advance to the next setting (hours).
- Press the RESET button to adjust the hours. Note the 'A' for AM and 'P' for PM indicators.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for minutes, month, date, and day of the week.
- Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.
Operating Instructions
Using the Chronograph (Stopwatch):
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter chronograph mode. The display will show "00:00:00".
- Press the ST/STP button to start the chronograph.
- Press the ST/STP button again to stop the chronograph.
- Press the RESET button to reset the chronograph to zero.
- To return to normal time display, press the MODE button.
Setting and Using the Alarm:
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm hours will flash.
- Press the RESET button to adjust the alarm hours.
- Press the ST/STP button to advance to the alarm minutes.
- Press the RESET button to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the MODE button to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.
- To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press and hold the RESET button, then press the ST/STP button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
- When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop it.
Using the Backlight:
Press the EL button at any time to illuminate the display for easy viewing in low-light conditions. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: This watch is water resistant to 165 feet (50 meters). It is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, but not for diving or snorkeling. Do not operate buttons while the watch is wet or submerged.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for prolonged periods, as this can affect battery life and accuracy.
