Installation Instructions
This headlight assembly features a plug-and-play design for easy installation. Bulbs are not included; please use your vehicle's stock H4 bulbs for installation.
Required Tools (Not Included):
- Screwdriver set
- Socket wrench set
- Trim panel removal tool (optional, but recommended)
Installation Steps:
- Prepare Vehicle: Park the vehicle on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and turn off the engine. Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Remove Grille: Carefully remove the front grille. This typically involves unscrewing screws, unclipping clips, or releasing retainer springs. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for specific grille removal instructions.
- Remove Old Headlight Assembly: Locate and remove the fasteners (screws, clips, or retainer springs) holding the existing headlight assembly in place. Disconnect the wiring harness from the stock headlight and detach the entire assembly.
- Install New Headlight Assembly: Position the new WEELMOTO headlight assembly into the opening. Ensure it fits securely.
- Connect Wiring: Reconnect the wiring harness to the new headlight assembly. Ensure all connections are firm and correct.
- Secure Assembly: Fasten the new headlight assembly using the original screws, clips, or retainer springs.
- Reinstall Grille: Carefully reattach the front grille, ensuring all clips and screws are properly secured.
- Reconnect Battery: Reconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Test Functionality: Turn on the vehicle's lights (low beam, high beam, turn signals, parking lights, bumper lights) to ensure all functions are working correctly.

Operation and Adjustment
Adjusting Headlight Beams:
The headlights are pre-adjusted from the factory. However, minor adjustments may be necessary after installation to ensure proper beam alignment. Improperly aimed headlights can reduce visibility or blind oncoming drivers.
- Preparation: Park your vehicle on a level surface approximately 25 feet (7.6 meters) from a vertical wall or garage door. Ensure the vehicle is empty and tires are properly inflated.
- Marking: Measure the height from the ground to the center of your headlight bulbs. Mark this height on the wall with a horizontal line. Also, mark vertical lines on the wall directly in front of the center of each headlight.
- Adjustment: Turn on your low beam headlights. Locate the adjustment screws on the back of each headlight assembly (refer to Image 5). Use a screwdriver to turn the screws to adjust the vertical aim of the light beam. The top of the low beam cut-off should be slightly below the horizontal line you marked on the wall.
- Fine-tuning: Drive the vehicle on a dark, level road to fine-tune the adjustment if needed. Ensure the beams provide adequate illumination without dazzling other drivers.
Do NOT adjust more than three times clockwise/counter-clockwise without checking the beam pattern, as this may damage the adjusters.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the headlight lenses with a soft cloth and mild automotive cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that can damage the polycarbonate lens or UV coating.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the headlight assemblies for any signs of damage, cracks, or loose connections.
- Bulb Replacement: If a bulb needs replacement, ensure you use the correct type (H4 for stock bulbs) and handle it carefully to avoid touching the glass with bare hands.
Troubleshooting
Temporary Condensation:
It is normal for minor condensation to appear inside the headlight lens due to temperature differences, air pressure changes, or other weather conditions. This is typically temporary and should dissipate on its own.
How to Drive Away Temporary Condensation:
- Check Vents: Ensure the one-way vents on the housing are clear and not blocked.
- Run Lights: Turn on your low beam headlights for approximately 20-30 minutes. The heat generated by the bulbs will help evaporate the moisture.
- Remove Bulbs (if persistent): If condensation persists, carefully remove the bulbs and allow the headlight assembly to air out in a dry environment. You may place a silica gel packet inside the housing for a short period to absorb moisture.
If condensation remains excessive or water accumulates, inspect the seals and housing for any damage or improper installation that might be allowing water ingress.
