  1. Set Target Pressure: Use the controls on the LCD display to set your desired target pressure. The compressor will automatically stop once this pressure is reached.
  2. Start Cooling Fan: Turn on the compressor's cooling fan by pressing the designated switch (usually the right-side button). Allow the fan to run for approximately 2 minutes before starting the compressor motor. This pre-cooling is crucial for optimal performance and longevity.

  3. Start Compressor: Turn on the compressor motor by pressing the main power switch (usually the left-side button). The LCD will display real-time working pressure, current, and temperature.
  4. Monitor Progress: Continuously monitor the LCD display for pressure and temperature readings. The compressor will automatically shut off when the set target pressure is achieved.
  5. Cool Down: Once the compressor stops, allow the cooling fan to continue running for an additional 2-3 minutes to dissipate residual heat.
  6. Power Off: Turn off the cooling fan.
  7. Disconnect: Carefully disconnect the fill hose from your tank or air cylinder.

Fast Filling Speed: The TXET063 is designed for rapid inflation. For example, it can inflate a 0.5-liter diving bottle from 0 MPa to 30 MPa in approximately 15 minutes.

6. Maintenance

The TUXING TXET063 is designed to be largely oil-free and maintenance-free, simplifying its upkeep. However, regular checks are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

  • Air Filter Inspection: Periodically inspect the air filter for dust and debris. Replace if visibly dirty or if performance degrades.
  • Drain Moisture: Although the system is designed to be dry, it's good practice to occasionally check for any moisture accumulation in the drain valve area and release it if necessary.
  • General Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the compressor clean and free of dust. Use a dry cloth to wipe down surfaces. Ensure cooling vents are unobstructed.
  • Hose and Connections: Regularly inspect the fill hose and all connections for signs of wear, cracks, or leaks. Replace any damaged components immediately.
