Setup

Power Requirements

The Del-Verb Ambience Companion requires an isolated 9VDC, center-negative power supply with a minimum of 400 mA (sold separately). Ensure your power supply meets these specifications for proper operation.

Connections

The pedal features 2 x ¼” TS inputs and 2 x ¼” TS outputs, supporting both mono and stereo/dual mono configurations. Connect your instrument to the input(s) and your amplifier or audio interface to the output(s).

Operating Instructions

Controls Overview

The Del-Verb Ambience Companion features intuitive controls for shaping your sound:

  • Delay Time: Adjusts the duration of the delay repeats.
  • Feedback: Controls the number of delay repeats.
  • Mix: Balances the wet (effected) and dry (unaffected) signals.
  • Color: Adjusts the tone of the delay effect.

  • Reverb: Adjusts the decay time of the reverb effect.

Use the toggle switches to select your desired delay and reverb types:

  • Delay Types: Tape EP-III, Analog DMM, Precision.
  • Reverb Types: Spring '65, Plate 140, Hall 224.

Footswitch Functionality

The pedal features two footswitches:

  • The left footswitch activates/bypasses the Delay effect.
