Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have at least two people for installation, especially when handling the TV.
Step 1: Verify TV Compatibility and Wall Construction
Before beginning, confirm your TV's size, weight, and VESA pattern are compatible with the mount. The mount supports VESA patterns from 200x100mm to 600x400mm.

Identify your wall type: 12"/16" wood studs, solid concrete, or brick. Do not install on drywall alone. For wood stud installation, locate the center of the studs using a stud finder.
Step 2: Attach TV Brackets to the TV
- Carefully place your TV face-down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Align the TV brackets with the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
- Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes. Ensure the screws are long enough to securely fasten the brackets but not so long that they damage internal components.
- Securely fasten the TV brackets to the TV using a screwdriver. Do not overtighten.
Step 3: Mount the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate on the Wall
Use the provided drilling template to mark the pilot holes on your wall. Ensure the template is level using the included bubble level.

- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The drill bit size will vary depending on your wall type and chosen anchors/lag bolts. Refer to the detailed instructions in the manual for specific drill bit sizes.
- Attach the wall plate assembly to the wall using the appropriate lag bolts and washers. For concrete or brick walls, insert wall anchors into the pilot holes before fastening the lag bolts.
- Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened and level.

Step 4: Secure the TV on the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate
- With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets and hook them onto the arm assembly's mounting plate.
- Secure the TV to the mount using the safety screws or locking mechanisms provided. This prevents accidental dislodgement.
- Perform a final check to ensure all connections are secure and the TV is stable on the mount.
Operating Instructions
The Pipishell Full Motion TV Wall Mount offers various adjustments to optimize your viewing experience.
Adjusting TV Distance (Extension and Retraction)

To adjust the tilt, locate the tilt knobs on the side of the TV brackets. Loosen them slightly, adjust the TV to the desired angle, and then tighten the knobs to secure the position.
Swiveling the TV
The mount allows for a smooth swivel range of ±45°, providing flexibility to view the TV from different positions in the room. Gently push or pull the TV horizontally to achieve the desired swivel angle.

Post-Installation Leveling
After installation, you can make minor horizontal adjustments (±3°) to ensure your TV is perfectly level. This feature allows for fine-tuning without re-drilling.
Refer to the detailed instructions in the manual for the specific mechanism to adjust post-installation leveling.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Periodic Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Over time, vibrations or movement may cause fasteners to loosen.
- Lubrication: The articulating joints are designed for smooth operation and typically do not require lubrication. If movement becomes stiff, consult customer support.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| TV is not level after installation. | Minor misalignment during installation. | Use the post-installation leveling feature (±3°) to adjust the TV's horizontal position. Refer to the manual for specific instructions. |
| Mount feels loose or unstable. | Mounting screws/bolts are not fully tightened or incorrect wall anchors used. | Ensure all lag bolts securing the wall plate to the wall are fully tightened. Verify that the correct anchors were used for your wall type. If unsure, consult a professional. |
| Difficulty adjusting TV position (swivel/tilt/extension). | Joints may be stiff or tilt knobs are too tight. | For tilt, loosen the tilt knobs slightly before adjusting, then re-tighten. For swivel/extension, ensure no cables are snagged. If stiffness persists, contact customer support. |
