2. Safety Instructions

5. Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the feeder for any damage.
- Power the Feeder:
- Using Power Adapter: Connect the power adapter to the feeder and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Using Batteries: Insert 3 D alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the feeder. This provides up to 180 days of operation and acts as a backup during power outages.

- Fill the Food Tank:
- Press the button on the top lid to unlock and open it.
- Pour dry kibble (2-15mm diameter) into the food tank. The tank has a 2L capacity.
- Close the lid and press down firmly until it locks into place. This ensures food freshness and prevents spills.

- Place the Stainless Steel Bowl: Position the stainless steel bowl and tray in front of the feeder's dispenser outlet.
6. Operation
6.1 Setting the Feeding Schedule
The feeder allows you to program up to 6 meals per day, with 1 to 16 portions per meal. One portion is approximately 10.4ml (1/24 cup).
- Open the control panel cover located on the front of the feeder.
- Use the navigation buttons (Up/Down) to set the current time. Press "Set/OK" to confirm.
- Navigate to the meal setting option. Select the meal number (1-6) you wish to program.
- Set the desired feeding time for that meal using the Up/Down buttons and confirm with "Set/OK".
- Set the number of portions (1-16) for that meal and confirm with "Set/OK".
- Repeat for additional meals as needed.
- Close the control panel cover to prevent accidental changes by your pet.

6.2 Manual Feeding
To dispense food manually outside of the scheduled times:
- Open the control panel cover.
- Press the "Manual" button. Each press will dispense one portion of food.
- Close the control panel cover when finished.
6.3 Status Indicators

- "LOW FOOD" Alert: A red flashing light and message on the screen indicate that the food level in the tank is low and requires refilling.

7. Maintenance & Cleaning

- Disassembly: The food tank, lid, and stainless steel bowl are designed for quick release and easy disassembly.
- Washing: Wash the food tank, lid, and stainless steel bowl with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Ensure all washed parts are completely dry before reassembly to prevent moisture from affecting the kibble.
- Base Cleaning: The feeder base contains electronic components and should NOT be washed with water. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth only.
