2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly
The KETELES K800 electric bike is 85% pre-assembled. The following steps outline the final assembly process. It is recommended to have basic mechanical ability or seek professional assistance if unsure.
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any visible damage during transit.
4.2 Handlebar Installation
Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring all cables are routed correctly and not pinched. Tighten the bolts securely.
4.3 Front Wheel Installation
Install the front wheel, ensuring the disc brake rotor aligns correctly with the caliper. Secure the quick-release skewer or axle nuts firmly.
4.4 Pedal Installation
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the corresponding crank arms. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
4.5 Seat Post and Saddle Adjustment
