1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your cooler depot Commercial Refrigerator. 2. Safety Instructions

Always follow basic safety precautions when using this appliance to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.

  • Ensure the unit is properly grounded.
  • Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
  • Keep ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure clear of obstruction.
  • Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unpacking

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  • Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and supplier.
  • Remove all protective films and tapes from surfaces.

3.2 Location

  • Place the refrigerator on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 362 lbs / 164 kg).
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from walls or other obstructions to allow for proper airflow to the condenser.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat-generating appliances (e.g., ovens, stoves) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • This unit is equipped with 4 lockable castor wheels for easy movement and positioning. Ensure wheels are locked once the unit is in its final position.

3.3 Electrical Connection

  • Use the 'SET' button to enter temperature adjustment mode.
  • Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' arrows to increase or decrease the desired temperature.
  • Press 'SET' again to confirm the new setting.

4.3 Loading Products

  • Load products evenly on the shelves. Do not block the internal air vents to ensure proper circulation.
  • The unit is suitable for storing various items such as milk, eggs, vegetables, and beverages.
  • The integrated LED lights illuminate the interior, aiding in inventory management.

4.4 Door Operation

  • The unit features self-closing double swing glass doors to minimize temperature fluctuations.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Condenser Coil: The unit features a bottom-mounted compressor and fan-assisted condenser. Periodically clean the condenser coil to ensure efficient operation. Dust and debris buildup can reduce cooling efficiency and increase energy consumption. Disconnect power before cleaning.

5.2 Defrosting

This refrigerator features an automatic defrost system, eliminating the need for manual defrosting. During the defrost cycle, water will drain into an evaporation pan and evaporate.
