1. Introduction

The PRITECH Electric Callus Remover is a rechargeable, waterproof foot care device designed to effectively remove calluses, hard, and dead skin from the feet. 4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the callus remover. The device features an LED display that shows the battery percentage.

1. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port at the bottom of the device.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included), power bank, car charger, or laptop.
3. The LED display will show the charging progress. A full charge (100%) typically takes about 3 hours and provides up to 90 minutes of continuous operation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Adjustment

• To turn the device ON, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED display will illuminate, showing the battery percentage and current speed mode.
• Press the power button briefly to switch between two speed modes (Level 1 and Level 2).
• To activate the "TURBO" mode, press and hold the dedicated "TURBO" button. This provides an instant 50% speed boost for up to 8 seconds, ideal for stubborn calluses.
• To turn the device OFF, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

5.2 Selecting and Using Roller Heads

The callus remover comes with three types of grinding rollers, each designed for different levels of calluses:

• Hard Grinding Roller: For removing heavy, thick, and stubborn calluses.
• Medium Grinding Roller: For moderate calluses and smoothing rough skin.
• Fine Grinding Roller: For delicate skin, polishing, and daily maintenance.

5.3 Application Steps

The PRITECH Electric Callus Remover can be used on both wet and dry feet.

1. Prepare your feet: For best results, especially with thick calluses, it is recommended to soak your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes to soften the skin. Dry your feet thoroughly before use if you prefer dry grinding.
2. Select a roller: Choose the appropriate grinding roller and attach it to the device (refer to Section 6.2 for roller replacement).
3. Begin grinding: Turn on the device. Gently glide the roller over the callused areas of your feet. Apply light pressure and move the device in small circular motions. Do not press too hard or stay in one area for too long to avoid discomfort or injury.
4. Use "TURBO" mode (optional): For particularly tough spots, press the "TURBO" button for an extra burst of power.
5. Check progress: Periodically check your skin. Stop when the desired smoothness is achieved.
6. Moisturize: After use, turn off the device and apply a moisturizing foot cream to keep your feet soft and hydrated.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Device

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene. The device is IPX7 waterproof, allowing for easy rinsing.

1. Ensure the device is turned off before cleaning.
2. Remove the protective cover and empty any collected dead skin from the dust collection bin.
3. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any remaining debris from the roller head.
4. Rinse the roller head and the device under running water. For thorough drying, you can turn the device on briefly and place it in its cap to remove excess moisture through rotary drying.
5. Wipe the body of the appliance with a clean, dry cloth.
6. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

6.2 Replacing Roller Heads

To maintain optimal performance, replace the grinding rollers when they show signs of wear or reduced effectiveness.

1. Ensure the device is turned off.
2. Locate the release button on the side of the roller head.
3. Press the release button and gently pull the roller head away from the device.
4. Align the new roller head with the slots on the device and push it in until it clicks securely into place.
