This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your PhoneSuit Magnetic Car Dock. This device is designed to securely hold and wirelessly charge your MagSafe-compatible iPhone in your vehicle using an air vent mount.

Setup Instructions

1. Attach the Vent Mount: Securely attach the vent mount to an appropriate air vent in your vehicle. Ensure the mount is firmly clipped to prevent movement.

2. Install the Magnetic Charger: Connect the magnetic wireless charger to the ball joint of the vent mount. Tighten the collar to secure the charger in place.

3. Connect Power: Insert the USB Car Charger (lighter adapter) into your vehicle's 12V power outlet. Connect the USB-C cable to the car charger and then to the USB-C input port on the magnetic wireless charger.

Operating Instructions

1. Attaching Your iPhone: Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer) or is housed in a MagSafe-compatible case. Simply place your iPhone onto the magnetic charging pad. The strong neodymium magnets will securely hold your device in place.

2. Wireless Charging: Once your iPhone is correctly aligned and attached, wireless charging will begin automatically. The charger supports 15W, 10W, and 7.5W fast charging, depending on your iPhone model and power requirements.
3. Adjusting Viewing Angle: The ball joint allows for rotation and tilting of the magnetic charger, enabling you to adjust your iPhone to the optimal viewing angle.

Maintenance

• Keep the magnetic charging surface clean and free of dust or debris to ensure optimal magnetic connection and charging efficiency.
• Periodically check the vent mount's grip to ensure it remains secure in the air vent.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the device. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.

Troubleshooting

Issue: iPhone does not attach securely or falls off.

Solution: Ensure your iPhone is a MagSafe-compatible model (iPhone 12 series or newer) or is using a certified MagSafe-compatible case. Standard cases may not provide sufficient magnetic adhesion. Check for any obstructions between the phone and the charging pad.

Issue: iPhone is not charging wirelessly.

Solution: Verify that the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the magnetic charger and the USB Car Charger. Ensure the USB Car Charger is fully inserted into the vehicle's 12V power outlet and that the outlet is receiving power. Some vehicle USB ports may not provide sufficient power for fast wireless charging; use the included car charger for best results.

Issue: Vent mount is loose or unstable.

Solution: Re-adjust the vent mount to ensure it is firmly clipped onto a sturdy vent slat. Avoid placing heavy pressure on the mount when attaching or detaching your phone. If the vent mount becomes damaged, contact customer support for assistance.
