1. Introduction

The Kuvings REVO830 is a cold press masticating juicer designed to extract juice from various fruits and vegetables with minimal oxidation, preserving nutrients and flavor. Its dual-sized chutes and auto-cutting screw are engineered for convenience and efficiency.

2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Assembly Steps:

1. Place the Juicing Bowl onto the Motor Base, aligning the red dots on both parts. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.
2. Insert the Juicing Strainer (or Smoothie/Sorbet Attachment) into the juicing bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
3. Place the Auger into the center of the strainer, twisting it gently until it drops into position.
4. Position the Lid onto the juicing bowl, aligning the red dot on the lid with the red dot on the juicing bowl. Turn clockwise until it locks securely.
5. Place the Pulp Cup under the pulp outlet and the Juice Cup under the juice outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Preparation:

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• For best results and to prevent clogging, cut fibrous ingredients (like celery or kale) into smaller pieces. Harder ingredients like carrots or apples can often be fed whole into the larger chute.
• Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums) and thick peels (e.g., citrus, pineapple).

Juicing Process:

1. Ensure the juice cap on the juice outlet is closed if you wish to mix juices within the bowl before dispensing.
2. Plug in the juicer and press the 'FORWARD' button to start.
3. Slowly feed prepared ingredients into either the 88mm or 48mm feed chute. The auto-cutting screw will process the ingredients.
4. For leafy greens or softer fruits, alternate with harder ingredients to help push them through and maximize extraction.
5. If ingredients become jammed, press the 'REVERSE' button for a few seconds, then release and press 'FORWARD' again. Repeat if necessary.
6. Once juicing is complete, open the juice cap to dispense the juice into the juice cup.

Using Smoothie/Sorbet Attachment:

Replace the juicing strainer with the Smoothie/Sorbet Attachment during assembly. This attachment is designed for making thicker concoctions like smoothies or sorbets from frozen fruits. Follow the general operating instructions, ensuring the juice cap is open for continuous dispensing.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. It is recommended to clean the juicer immediately after each use.

Disassembly for Cleaning:

1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
2. Turn the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
3. Remove the auger, then the strainer, and finally the juicing bowl from the motor base.

Cleaning Steps:

• Rinse all removable parts (lid, auger, strainer, juicing bowl, pulp cup, juice cup) under running water.
• Use the provided cleaning brushes to remove any pulp residue from the strainer and other components. The specialized brush is particularly effective for the fine mesh of the strainer.
• Wash parts with warm, soapy water.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
• The motor base should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
• The juicer parts are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
