2.2 Inserting SIM Card(s) and Memory Card
The Nokia C12 supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM) and a dedicated memory card slot for expandable storage.
- Power off your phone before inserting or removing any cards.
- Locate the SIM/memory card tray on the side of the device.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if applicable) or a small pin to open the tray.

2.3 Charging the Battery

- Connect the USB cable to the charging port on your phone.
