2.1 What's in the Box

The Nokia C12 supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM) and a dedicated memory card slot for expandable storage.

  1. Power off your phone before inserting or removing any cards.
  2. Locate the SIM/memory card tray on the side of the device.
  3. Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if applicable) or a small pin to open the tray.

2.3 Charging the Battery

Your Nokia C12 is powered by a removable 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.

  1. Connect the USB cable to the charging port on your phone.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible power adapter (not always included) and plug it into a wall outlet.
  3. The charging indicator will appear on the screen.
