4. Setup Guide
4.1 Preparation
- Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz WiFi.
- Download the "iCSee" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- If you plan to use local storage, insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's designated slot.
4.2 Physical Installation
The camera is designed for wall installation. Use the provided mounting hole template and screws to securely attach the camera to your desired outdoor location. Ensure the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz WiFi signal and has access to a power outlet.
4.3 App Pairing
- Connect the camera to power using the Micro USB cable and power adapter.
- Open the iCSee app on your smartphone and create an account or log in.
- Tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
- Select "Connect by WiFi" or the appropriate option for adding a new camera.
- Enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network password when prompted.
- The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone with the QR code approximately 30-35 cm (12-14 inches) in front of the camera lens until you hear a "bip" sound, indicating successful scanning.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to name your camera and set a password for it.
- Once connected, you can access the live feed and configure settings.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View and PTZ Control
Open the iCSee app and select your camera from the device list to view the live feed. To control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements, use the directional controls within the app interface. You can also pinch to zoom digitally.
5.2 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers three night vision modes:
- Color Night Vision: Utilizes white LEDs to provide full-color images in low-light conditions.
- Infrared Night Vision: Uses infrared LEDs for black and white images in complete darkness.
