2. Setup

Unboxing and Initial Inspection:

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the product contents are present and undamaged.

Charging the Device:

  1. Before initial use, ensure the tattoo machine is fully charged.
  2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the machine's charging port and a compatible power adapter.
  3. The OLED display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.

Attaching the Needle:

Twist the grip counter-clockwise to loosen it. Insert the desired tattoo needle cartridge into the machine. Twist the grip clockwise to secure the needle in place.

3. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.

Adjusting Stroke Length:

The BRONC Max V12 features an adjustable stroke system. Rotate the adjustment ring on the machine body to select a stroke length between 2.5mm and 4.0mm. Turn the handle counter-clockwise to increase the stroke and clockwise to decrease it.

Voltage Control and OLED Display:

Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the voltage between 5.0V and 12.0V. The OLED display provides real-time information on current voltage, battery level, and session timer. Double-click the power button for a strong start function.

Tattooing Techniques:

4. Maintenance

Cleaning and Sterilization:

After each use, carefully wipe down the machine with a suitable disinfectant. Ensure no liquids enter the internal components. The machine is not submersible. Follow standard hygiene protocols for tattoo equipment.

Battery Care:

  • Always use the original Type-C charging cable and a compatible power adapter.
  • Avoid overcharging or completely draining the battery to prolong its lifespan.
  • Store the machine in a cool, dry place when not in use.

  • Machine not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the charger and try again. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Inconsistent performance: Check that the needle cartridge is securely attached and undamaged. Verify the stroke length and voltage settings are appropriate for the task.
