Ergonomic & Comfortable Wearing

Setup
Charging the Headset and Charging Case
Before first use, fully charge both the headset and the charging case.
- Place the headset into the charging case.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging case and a USB power source.
- The LED display on the charging case will show the battery percentage during charging.

Pairing with a Single Device
- Ensure the headset is charged.
- Turn on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button until the indicator light flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Pollway G5" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
- Once connected, the headset indicator light will turn off or flash blue slowly.
Connecting to Two Devices Simultaneously
- Pair the headset with the first device as described above.
- Turn off Bluetooth on the first device.
- Put the headset back into pairing mode (flashing blue and red).
- Pair the headset with the second device.
- Turn on Bluetooth on the first device again. The headset should automatically connect to both devices.

Wearing the Headset

Troubleshooting

Headset will not turn on

Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing blue and red). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within 10 meters of the headset. Try restarting both the headset and your device.
No sound or low volume
Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure the headset is properly connected. Try re-pairing the headset.
Call quality is poor
Ensure the microphone is positioned correctly. Check for environmental noise. The CVC8.0 noise cancellation helps, but extreme noise may still affect clarity.
Headset disconnects frequently
