Setup
Charging the Power Bank
Before first use, fully charge your VRURC Portable Charger. There are two primary ways to recharge the power bank:
- Via AC Wall Plug: Fold out the integrated AC wall plug and insert it directly into a standard wall outlet. The digital LED display will show the charging progress.
- Via USB-C Input: Connect a USB-C cable (not included) to the USB-C input port on the side of the power bank and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter.
A full charge typically takes approximately 6 hours via AC plug or 5 hours via 5V/2.6A USB-C input.

Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices
To charge your electronic devices:
- Using Built-in Cables: Select the appropriate built-in cable (Micro-USB, USB-C, or Lightning) and connect it to your device's charging port.
- Using USB Ports: For devices not compatible with the built-in cables, use your device's original USB or USB-C charging cable and plug it into the corresponding output port on the power bank.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The digital LED display will show the remaining battery percentage of the power bank.
Pass-Through Charging
The VRURC Portable Charger supports pass-through charging, meaning you can charge the power bank itself while simultaneously charging your devices connected to it. Simply plug the power bank into a wall outlet using its AC plug, and then connect your devices to the power bank.

Checking Battery Level
To check the remaining battery level of the power bank, simply press the power button located on the side. The digital LED display will illuminate and show the percentage of charge left.
Maintenance
- Keep the portable charger away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
- Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- Device not charging: Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Check that the cables are securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different cable or port.
- Power bank not recharging: Verify that the AC wall plug is fully inserted into a live outlet, or that the USB-C charging cable is properly connected to a working power source.
- Slow charging: Ensure you are using appropriate cables for your device. Some devices may charge slower if multiple devices are connected simultaneously.
- LED display not working: Press the power button firmly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
