Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have a second person assist during installation.
1. Prepare for Installation
Turn off power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box to avoid electrical shock.
Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and flat.
Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Adjust Rod Length
The pendant light comes with adjustable rods, allowing you to customize the hanging height. Connect the desired number of rod sections to achieve your preferred length. Ensure the electrical wires are threaded through the rods as you assemble them.

3. Mount the Fixture
Attach the mounting bracket to your ceiling's junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
Connect the electrical wires:
Connect the ground wire (green or bare copper) from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box.
Connect the white wire (neutral) from the fixture to the white wire from the junction box.
Connect the black wire (live) from the fixture to the black wire from the junction box.
Secure all connections with wire nuts and wrap with electrical tape for added safety.
Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
Align the canopy with the mounting bracket and secure it with the decorative nuts or screws.

4. Install the Glass Shade and Bulb
Carefully attach the glass shade to the fixture's socket assembly. Ensure it is securely fastened but do not overtighten.
Screw an E26 base bulb (not included) into the socket. Do not exceed 60 watts.

Operating Instructions
Once installed, restore power at the circuit breaker. The light fixture can be operated using a standard wall switch. If you wish to utilize the dimmable feature, ensure you are using a dimmable E26 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch (both sold separately).

Maintenance
Always turn off power at the circuit breaker before cleaning.
To clean the fixture, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or any cleaning agents containing alcohol, as these can damage the finish or glass.
The glass shade can be easily removed for thorough cleaning if necessary.
