Using the Simple Stand

A simple stand is built into the battery, allowing you to prop up your smartphone for convenient video viewing while on the go.

  • The stand supports smartphones up to 11mm thick. Note that some smartphone cases may prevent proper use even if the phone itself is within the thickness limit.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your mobile battery, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Regular Cleaning: Wipe the battery with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Disconnect When Not in Use: Always disconnect the charging cable from the battery when it is not in use. Leaving the cable connected can lead to battery discharge over time.
  • Carabiner Screw Check: Periodically check the carabiner screw for looseness. If it becomes loose, tighten it to prevent damage or loss.
  • Avoid Drops and Impacts: While the battery has shock absorption, repeated drops or severe impacts can still cause damage. Handle with care.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ELECOM mobile battery, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Battery Not Charging:
    • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the battery and the AC adapter.
    • Verify that the AC adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient power (5V/2.4A or higher recommended).
    • Try using a different USB Type-C cable or AC adapter.
  • Device Not Charging from Battery:
    • Check if the mobile battery itself is sufficiently charged (refer to the LED indicator).
    • Ensure the cable connecting the device to the battery is securely attached and undamaged.
    • Try using a different charging cable for your device.
    • Confirm your device is compatible with USB charging.
  • Slow Charging:
    • Ensure both the mobile battery and your device are not being used heavily during charging.
    • Verify that the AC adapter used to charge the mobile battery meets the recommended specifications (5V/2.4A).
  • LED Indicators Not Lighting Up:
    • The battery may be completely discharged. Connect it to an AC adapter for charging.
    • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
