2. What's in the Box
Please verify that all the following components are included in your package:
- 1X Motorcycle Phone Mount Main Body
- 1X Clamp Arm
- 1X Mount Base
- 4 sizes of Spacers (for various handlebar diameters)
- 2X Wrench (for installation and anti-theft screw)
3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Kewig Motorcycle Phone Mount:
- Choose the Right Spacer: Select the appropriate rubber spacer that matches your handlebar diameter. The mount base is compatible with handlebars of 0.5'' (12 mm), 0.875'' (22 mm), 1.0'' (25.4 mm), 1.125'' (28.6 mm), and 1.26'' (32 mm). Place the chosen spacer inside the mount base.
- Attach the Mount Base: Position the mount base with the selected spacer onto your handlebar. Secure it tightly using the provided wrench. Ensure it is firm and does not rotate freely.
- Connect the Clamp Arm: Attach the clamp arm to the mount base. The double socket arm allows for flexible positioning.
- Install the Phone Mount Main Body: Connect the main phone mount body to the clamp arm.
- Secure with Anti-Theft Screw: The double socket arm and handlebar mounting base are equipped with special safety screws. Use the provided special wrench to tighten these screws. This prevents easy removal of the mount. Once tightened, the angle can only be adjusted by loosening the knob, and the bracket cannot be disassembled without the special wrench.
- Adjust Phone Width: Before placing your phone, adjust the width of the phone mount to fit your device. Loosen the two side screws on the back of the mount, then move the arms to the appropriate position to accommodate your phone's dimensions (length 4.68''-7.086'', width 2.51''-3.46'', thickness up to 0.787''). Tighten the screws to lock the width.

4. Operating Instructions
Using your Kewig Motorcycle Phone Mount is designed to be convenient and secure:
- Insert Your Phone: With one hand, gently push the top arm of the mount upwards and slide your smartphone into the holder. The mount is designed for quick, one-second phone insertion or removal.
- Engage High-Speed Secure Lock: After placing your phone, tighten the knob located on the back of the motorcycle phone mount. This high-speed secure knob ensures your mobile phone is firmly attached, even when riding at high speeds or on bumpy roads.
- Adjust Viewing Angle: The mount features a 720-degree free rotation design. You can easily adjust your phone to a horizontal or vertical screen orientation, or any preferred viewing angle, for optimal navigation and visibility.
- Vibration Dampening: The built-in soft silicone and vibration dampener effectively reduce vibrations from motorcycle riding, protecting your phone and its camera from potential damage. The non-contact design prevents squeezing or scratching of the phone camera.
- Charging Port Access: The clever design ensures that the charging port of your phone remains accessible while mounted, allowing for convenient charging on the go.

- Check Tightness: Periodically check all screws and knobs, especially the handlebar clamp and the high-speed secure knob, to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Inspect for Wear: Regularly inspect the silicone pads and other components for any signs of wear or damage. Replace parts if necessary.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Phone feels loose in the mount. | High-speed secure knob not tightened; phone width not adjusted correctly. | Ensure the high-speed secure knob on the back is fully tightened. Re-adjust the side screws to match your phone's width precisely. |
| Mount rotates or slides on the handlebar. | Handlebar clamp not tight enough; incorrect spacer used. | Tighten the handlebar clamp screws firmly. Ensure you are using the correct size rubber spacer for your handlebar diameter. |
| Difficulty inserting/removing phone. | Phone width adjustment is too tight. | Loosen the side screws slightly and re-adjust the width to allow for smooth insertion and removal while maintaining a snug fit. |
